 As successful, full time REALTORS®, we have extensive knowledge of Chilliwack, specializing in the Sardis, Promontory, and Ryder Lake areas, and have seen the ups and downs of the market. For the past 20 years we have helpled thousands of clients find the home that is right for their lifestyle and investment or sell their home to the right buyer. Over those 20 years we have consistently been in the top 20% of sales (The Presidents Club), are One of the top Two REALTORS® from our Chilliwack office and are in the top 5% in sales of all the HomeLife offices throughout Canada.

 Our expertise in Real Estate aspects such as Residential, Strata, Land Assembly, Boundary Adjustment, Rezoning, Subdivision Creation and Setting up New Construction for Custom Homes provide us with a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions to determine the right course of action for both Buyers and Sellers.

 We act as advocates for our clients and we take the trust they place in us very seriously. We market with the latest online tools, including various websites and social media, as well as traditional print media. Our strong negotiating skills deliver better outcomes on both sides of the table.

 We were both born and raised in Chilliwack with five generations of the Sexsmith family calling Ryder Lake home, allowing us to build our reputation on strong neighborhood ties and savvy business sense. We have from the very begining of our careers relied on that reputation to open doors to referral business and the majority of our business still comes from repeat sales and referrals from an ever-growing network of loyal clients.
